  disgusting storage practices hired a truck arrived there paid month got key, was locked out of compound, went back said they wont be open til the next day, asked for my money back refund was refused plus i was out 300 dollars for the truck driver as well, they ripped me off and i will NEVER use uhaul storage

  They changed my appointment for installing a trailer hitch without my agreements. They failed to respond to my phone calls.left 2 messages saying the new (earlier date) was inconvenient. I showed up for my originsl appointment and found they had no record of it. The work was eventually done but the general atmopshere was chaotic & disorganised. I bought a bike rack plus the tow bar from them. They attempted to send me off with yhe unassembled bike rack still in its packaging. I refused to take it - to me "installation" does not mean "go buy a wrench; take it home; assemble it yourself." The clerk and the technician then settled down to become helpful and the job was done. Nice recovery but I won't go bsck.

  Cash staff feel curt and condescending. Truck worked great and the gentleman who showed us to it was very nice and explained everything about it. Asked if we'd operated a truck before and would offer advice on it. The only complaint would be regarding the return process after hours. It was not explained; the instructions on the key box were incorrect and the site it instructed us to visit upon dropping off the keys was not comprehensive or very functional.

  Always making those unpleasant moments in life a little more pleasant. Rent a truck and get 1 month storage rent free. Conveniently located close to the McKay bridge which is the only bridge that allows trucks of that height across!

  Staff is willing to help. Store is huge so, there are big chances that you will find what you are looking for in terms of rentals and moving equipment. The check-out is a little bit of confusing, but I guess it is the structure that they have to follow. I would have wished for a cleared more straight forward check-out of rental equipment. I was not made clear what would the charges be until I return to the check-out (when returning rental). Other than that, I had a good experience at the store.
