    After ringing in my order using my gift card, the clerk did not return the card to me. She also refused to issue me a receipt, saying the store now only "emails" receipts out. I returned to the store after realizing my gift card was missing - and she had actually thrown it away. It had a balance of over $90.00 left on it. No apology was given. No acknowledgement at all was given of what had just happened. I contacted the store's customer service line... and even less of a response was given. Needless to say... I will not be returning to this store, even to spend the remaining money on my gift card. Not worth it to experience such abysmal service.
