  I would have expected, after studying for as many years as it takes, one would have figured out that an important part of the profession of pharmacy requires one to interact with people, even offer up simple advice from time to time. Most disturbing to me was my gut feeling of having been disrespected. Paperwork will always be there unfortunately customers will not. I'm sure a simple reset of priorities would set this right. Or perhaps a retrospective into why you spent those years studying how to help individuals in need of a little your professional insight in addition to your counting skills.

  The pharmacy staff on the other hand left me feeling differently. I felt they were both rude and dismissive. When I inquired about a product that may well have been kept behind the counter I was met with ignorance and indifference.
