  I have waited two months for a $390.00 refund of money's worngfully collected directly from my Bank for two months AFTER the policies were cancelled. My agents were of no help. I did get 3 letters ALL on the same day telling me the funds would be returned to my bank. I'm not holding my breath on their lieing service.
