  Kent is great! Excellent customer service and great products. We have been to many of their competitors and have had not nearly the same level of customer service. In fact, a direct competitor who shall remain unnamed has surly and unhelpful staff for the most part. Kent seems to retain the same staff year after year and they are very kind people.

  Went in to ask for help at the flooring department for our new home and Chris was super kind and efficient, he went above and beyond to make us happy!

  Not a bad store, but some of the plumbing and lumber supplies are almost historic, like looking at how people did things in the "old days" kind of way
