  I've been struggling with my wedding budget and where flowers would fit into it, so I've been asking multiple flower shops for quotes and ideas, each shop I went into gave me vague answers and tried to hurry me out the door because my wedding is 11 months away, so when I went into blossoms on Cole harbour rd, I expected much the same. However, I was so pleasantly shocked when Julie greeted me and immediately dropped everything to brainstorm. She helped me narrow down flowers and colours, as well as the practicality and size of my bouquets. She was concerned about my budget and didn't want to up sell flowers simply to gain profit. Julie was a God sent, she was so kind and patient and I can't thank her enough, we will definitely be returning to blossoms on Cole Harbour rd to book my wedding flowers, and I would recommend Julie to anyone!

  The +2 stars is for the nice gentleman who took my order. I expect he was at the actual flower shop in Cole Harbour. He was very efficient and explained that they were busy with a big wedding the following day. The -3 stars is for the delivery/quality person (perhaps a outsourced service) who gave me false hope that she could actually do something about the schedule, and meet my desire for a surprise start to our special day. Too bad everyone at Blossom Shops does not realize that they are selling moments of appreciation and not flowers.

  Absolutely loved our wedding flowers from Blossom Shops! Glenn was wonderful to work with, all of the staff were friendly and professional, and the finished product was gorgeous (and comfortably within our budget). They were delivered and set up beautifully. Got tons of compliments on our bouquets as well :) I would recommend for sure!

  I used this company to deliver anniversary flowers last year without a hitch. However, this year they let me down. I will not be doing business with them again. First, I'm not sure why they think it's necessary to call the receiving party to verify their information. It kind of spoils the surprise. Thankfully I intercepted the call, only to repeat letter by letter the exact same information provided with the original order. Then the "quality control" person asked me what time I wanted them delivered. I requested between 9 and 10 am. She said they could do sometime in the afternoon. I guess she was hoping I was going to say 3:00 pm. When I said it's okay as someone should be home all day, she question me as to whether or not someone will be home all day. I responded with a curt "that's what I just said". She giggled. So why bother asking the question if there's no choice in the matter !!!
