    company is getting old and outdated, But good for the occasional sale if you have some free time. Not a place I go to when I need something specific.

    The staff are friendly and fellow geeks/gamers. I enjoy spending a few minutes chatting with them on the newest games released.

    The staff are great but the manager was rude and impatient, his staff were helping me with a cellphone issue he came along and told the staff the issue wasn't worth the time and to help other customers. He gave me a refund but the issue was never completely solved because he rushed me out, leaving some features on my phone disabled. It was poor customer service on his part.

    I find they are more than willing to help me find what I'm looking for, and they can quickly order anything that isn't in store.
