    Always good sales. I was in for about 10 minutes but not attended to. I find Old Navy stores in HRM to either be under staffed or tend not to approach customers. The few staff I saw seemed busy at this one, but walking around without help seems to be the norm.

    Last few times I was there there was no one to wait on me and there were clothes in piles all over the floor. It certainly went down hill in the last couple of years

    The staff r friendly! The fitting rooms staff are patient n friendly. Overall experience is good. Because of the sale promotions they have it can get very busy at times and the counters can get busy too. And may be they can use little bit more man power to keep the cloths in order so that they r not scattered everywhere.

    I decided to check out Old Navy this morning. Got there right after they opened. This is what we were expected to shop in. What the F is this!!! I will NEVER shop at Old Navy Mic Mac Mall again. What do their employees even do?!?! I feel like I was walking into a teenagers room with stuff thrown every where. Feel free to share! Not how a business establishment should look...EVER!! I only put one star but doesn't deserve any. Couldn't get the message to work without it

    Good prices with lots of new inventory all the time. Some very trendy clothes at bargain prices. This is definitely a store where you can stretch the dollar and still look good!
