    Called the store today to see if they had a dress in stock. The salesperson "Kirsten" that answered was rude, unhelpful and seemed annoyed that she had to check. She offered no assitance, and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I'm getting really sick of the lack of customer service in retail these days. And THIS is why I prefer online shopping!!!!

    This store has lots of nice affordable clothing and my whole closet is filled with forever 21 clothing I totally recommend going here
