  WELL GUESS WHAT PEOPLE HAVE LIVES AND THINGS TO DO AND I'VE BEEN EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING AND POLITE ABOUT IT BUT TODAY I AM PASSED BECAUSE THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.   Gary Murphy maintains my two vehicles, one of which is not for the faint of heart (a Chrysler Aspen Hybrid). Gary is honest, professional and the quality of his work is second to none. My experience working with Gary and Pat has always been extremely positive, and I would recommend their services without reservation.

  Surprised to see negative reviews, this place is great! Good prices, can always get an appointment within a couple of days, very knowledgeable and friendly. No hard sell either, just good advice to keep your car running at a reasonable price.

  First time I brought my car in at 9.30, told me I had to be at work at 11 and need my car as I'm a delivery driver. Went to Tim's came back at 10.50 and they tell me they didn't even look at it.

  I book another appointment next week same time, same conditions apply, gotta be at work at 11. Go to Tim's come back at 10.50 they say they took it for a drive but didn't have enough time to determine the issues.

  So I book a third appointment this morning at 8am. Another week has gone by. I still have to be at work at 11 but they say 3 hours should be more than enough time to inspect the car.

  I booked an appointment with garys automotive to get my car checked as there's a few things that aren't right. I pointed out to them what I thought those things were to the extent of my knowledge and I asked them to check the car and give me a quote for repairs.
