  Horrible service today. I appears the people that walked in and used the kiosk were put ahead of people that payed at the cashier. I waited over over 20 min at the counter to receive my order. When I identified the problem to the girl at the counter what I had experienced she handed me my order and said" have a good one". Then turned away immediately like it was not here problem. I go to that place 5 days a week for a coffee and muffin. That may not seem like much but I have to say I was not very happy. The truth is it probably was not her problem but it was for many people like me that ordered at the counter. I never answer these requests however I put me off so bad I thought it was better than ranting at the girl trying to fill the orders. Let's see what happen now.

  I'm just probably being stereotypical here but surprisingly friendly staff at this location. You go into a McDonalds expecting it to be a McDonald's, but everyone here seems to be very friendly most of the time. At the bottom of the customer service barrel it's extremely refreshing to see.

  The staff are always very nice and the sitting areas are always pretty clean and this place is really big. That being said my problems with it are more with the company then the restaurant but it is one of the few places around Dartmouth that is open 24/7 so if your hungry at 12 am you are in luck

  I like the ability to order on touch screen. Food is good. Service is fast.

  The food made me sick.McDonald,s sure changed from when i was younger.The foid is nasty and si are the staff ...I saw the man makeing frys and wiped his hand across his nose and had no gloves on no hair net.ya ill not return to Dartmouth McDonald,s by the shopping center iff the bridge.
