  After all of these negative experiences, I asked to speak to management. I was told the owner would call me back. I have followed up several times since and it is obvious she avoids calls from dissatisfied customers.

  Just spent a lovely morning at Chatters salon at MicMacMall. Bailey gave me a great new "do". Including a cut, full foils and two fantasy colours! Could not ask for anything better. Everything turned out wonderfully, and I must say I was treated like I was the only one there.

  Robyn gave me an awesome cut, highlights, and full colour that took about 4 hours and it was the least expensive salon visit I've had in years (I don't count supercuts/first choice/walmart etc as actual salons). The stylists were personable and helpful and I had a great time. I got a bunch of free stuff because of an in-store holiday promo and am totally going to be back!

  I've tried to be polite about all of this, but it's clear this business just relies on new customers not knowing what they're getting into. I've warned everyone I know not to go here and they are spreading the word.

  Always have such a positive experience here and leave feeling amazing. Melissa always does an amazing job with my colour. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Being the idiot that I am, I decided that maybe third time would be the charm and went back a few months later. I paid over 70 dollars for a semi-permanent dye that changed absolutely NOTHING. I took before and after pictures of the job they had done and there was literally no difference. The supervisor insisted that I pay for a service that I hadn't received- I did pay, because I didn't want to be a rude customer.

  For some reason decided to go back to get my hair coloured some time later (I think I had forgotten that first time). The stylist decided that day was the perfect time to take an hour-long break. The dye over-developed, causing my hair to have bright brassy roots and muddy-coloured ends. It was a complete mess, which the stylist at least attempted to rectify free of charge. I ended up having to pay to have my fixed elsewhere, despite it having been obvious that this stylist had damaged my hair.

  I've been going to this salon for a few years and have referred a number of people. I found a hair dresser that does an amazing job with my hair! The prices are great, as is the service. The free gift with a colour service is a nice bonus and incentive to try new products.
