  I didn't even ask for my money back, I pointed out the issues before I even left the chair, I was polite the whole time, I had been trying to reach the store for several days, which can be proven with email, and THIS is what I get??

  The girl that did my hair commented on how soft my hair was before she started. When she was done, not only was my hair FRIED, it had a dark circle at the top. I pointed it out to her and said I wasn't happy. She said I could come back and have it fixed another time, as they were about to close.

  This salon did a HORRIBLE job on my hair and would not fix it or refund my money. They did complain to facebook and had my one star rating removed from their page. Lol

  When I got home, and for the next few days are put every treatment possible in my hair to try and help the brittleness of my hair. I was embarrassed to go in public, as my hair looked ridiculous. I sent an email to the address on the website explaining that I did not want this person to touch my hair again and to please contact me. I gave it a few days and heard nothing back.

  What a horrible business. I didn't even complain about the horrible haircut. I just want my hair colour consistent. This salon should be ashamed of itself and the way it conducts business.

  I finally heard back from the owner, after more than a week after my initial visit. She apologizes and says she was away at her sister's wedding. I explain how upsetting it's been to have my hair like that and that my hair has never been so fried. That it looks ridiculous with the brown ring around the top. She asked "what do you want me to do about it?" I said I just want it fixed. Which she states no "BECAUSE 10 DAYS HAVE PAST".
