WORST customer service I have ever encountered... I ordered a bed frame during their Black Friday sales event on Nov. 24th, 2017. I had asked the sales rep. if it would be okay that I pick it up from the warehouse that following weekend and was told that it wouldn't be a problem (as long as I call an hour before I pick it up so they could prepare my order). So I called them that weekend to give them a heads up that I was picking it up and was told that it hasn't even been shipped yet. Nobody mentioned to me that they had to ship it in, in fact I was told that I was good to pick it up THAT weekend!! So after waiting until today (Jan. 6th) to pick the bed frame up, I brought it home only to find that most of the pieces were missing!! Now I have to wait another 3 weeks (probably more than that considering how long the first bed frame took) to get a whole new bed frame. Absolutely ridiculous. They didn't offer me anything for the consistent inconveniences, only that they could deliver it to my home. Terrible, terrible service... I do NOT recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture!!!!

She was knowledgeable about the products, discounts, and financing terms available, and was flexible when we added something to the order after the fact. We look forward to receiving our new furniture in about 4 weeks!

Fair warning. Don't shop here. I wish there was a zero stars. They don't deserve one star. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. As someone who has flipped houses and has purchased loads of furniture I have never had such a junk sectional. The customer service is a joke. The manager took 3 weeks to return my call with no positive news for me. I have a piece of junk coach sitting in my living room with tags still on it and they wont do a thing. Don't be fooled by the nicely staged show room . You are better off going somewhere with cheaper furniture as the quality is no better just bigger price tags. I have a sectional with a multitude of issues and only one appointment a month available to my area, during a regular work day. As a busy professional It has been months before I can schedule a day with them. My sectional has a porthole to hell that opens up if you get too close to the center. It sucks you and your children in at every opportunity as the sections slide apart. Good luck getting close to your special somebody. next the sectionals second trick is cutting you. Say goodbye to your children's toys if they fall in the cracks, its not worth sticking your hand in. So a word of caution to mothers and fathers of children who like dinkies. Next those lumpy saggy cushions with stitching falling our will have you up at night wishing you had a new coach to make your room look its best, oh wait you do have a new coach........ that sucks. The bungee cord holding the legs together really brings the room together. What do they want to do...... Waste your time that's what. Save yourself and your family. Shop elsewhere

Look. If you have money for days to spend more than you should have to on furniture that is good but not that nice then you should ignore this review. For those of us not... here is a tip, IKEA. They make comparable, but not necessarily nicer furniture, if you can look past the fibre board the price is right. If you insist on real wood, which I won't blame you... try a small shop like lake city on windmill road. I for one will NEVER spend a thousand dollars on a kids bed especially one that does not include a mattress... nope the price does not match material and quality which means they over value their brand and you pay for the Ashley name and not the piece.

Our sales associate, Sarah J., in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia took the time to understand our needs and show us various options without making us feel pressured to purchase.

Haven't received the furniture yet so completely basing this on the service received. I went on two separate days, as I had to make a decision on what couch from what place. Ty made that decision easy for us. He approached us within a minute, was super knowledgeable and helpful. The next day we were helped by Donovan who continued the trend, and did a wonderful job helping us with the furniture to compliment the couch. Very friendly staff who seem like they genuinely care for you to get what you need. Would recommend in a heart beat
