  Had the most worst experience purchasing my first vehicle my partner and I we were told that the 2013 Ford Focus Titanium that we bought was an excellent condition and we drove it off the lot they changed the tires however when they did as it was wintertime they forgot to put on a few lug nuts and therefore screwed my wheel bearing and my control arm was busted there was so much wrong with this car it took 3 months for me just to get it drivable the guy who fixed my car at Ford during the test drive stopped got it up on a flatbed truck to bring it back that's how dangerous it was to Dr he had to get it on a flatbed truck to drive it back to his service station he said he can't believe the condition of the car that it was sold to me in I purchased the vehicle November 11 2016 and here it is going into August 2017 and I keep getting the runaround as to why I don't have my tires I was supposed to get 4 brand new tires winter and I ended up having the winter tires put on and my all seasons were stored there when I went back to get them nobody knew where they were at they told me Scotia Tire had them I called the manager at Scotia Tire who did all the inventory who cleared out the Scotia Tire next to these guys and he said there was not even a work order put in for Scotia Tire to put on four tires for a Ford Focus Titanium and she even said he certain that these guys are taking me for a ride when I contacted Matt she blocked me and is no longer responding to me when I go in to talk to John the owner she laughs and my face gets up and walks away so yes they're great if your vehicle is in good condition but when they sell you a lemon Lookout horrible horrible customer service I'm sending in vehicle complains to have all the files audited

  Bought my first vehicle from John about 10 years ago. My first vehicle was a taurus and it served me well for a full 5 years. I won't shop anywhere else.
